He has worked on multi-disciplinary product development teams and is just as comfortable troubleshooting a hardware malfunction that’s costing $1M/day in downtime as he is swinging a hammer. In other words, no job is too big or too small. After a decade in and out of the oilfield, Ryan decided it was time to strike out on his own and develop an environmentally conscious business within his community.
